City Clerk

The City Clerk's Office maintains the:

• Council Agendas

• Council Minutes

• Olathe Municipal Code, and

• Council Policies. 

In addition, this office issues various licenses and permits, staffs the City's main switchboard, sets up utility services, and issues animal licenses.

The City Clerk's Office is open from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, holidays excluded.
