False alarms take police officers and firefighters out of service for emergency incidents.      Register your alarm to ensure that you are in compliance with City requirements designed to reduce calls for service in false alarm situations. 

  • Alarm registrations for residents, businesses and alarm companies must be renewed annually per City Ordinance.
  • Fine and fee schedule, see page 11 of the City Ordinance.
  • You are allowed one free false alarm per year.
