Municipal Court
Olathe Municipal Court is the judicial branch of the Olathe City government. Traffic violations and violations of the City of Olathe ordinances are handled in this court. Court policies and procedures follow K.S.A. 12-4101 et seq., the Kansas Code of Municipal Courts.
We are located at: 1200 S. Harrison, near the southeast corner of the intersection of Old 56 Highway and Kansas Highway 7.

Our office hours are from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday.
You can now pay your traffic ticket on-line. Please see the On-Line Ticket Payments link for instructions. A drop box is located beside the front door for after hours and weekend payments.
