Enclave Annexation Service Plan-July 2008

Note on the format of the service plan: This service plan addresses the provision of services for a number of separate unincorporated enclaves throughout the City of Olathe. Because these enclaves are located in various locations around the City, there are different service needs and service providers for each area. In order to address the service needs for different areas, the plan for extension of services has been divided into twelve chapters.

Each chapter includes a group of unincorporated enclaves that share common major service providers (fire, sanitary sewer, and water). Each chapter is intended as a complete plan for the extension of services to those enclaves included in the chapter. Because much of the information on provision and extension of services is common to all of the areas proposed to be annexed, there is some duplication between chapters.
