Capital Improvement Plan (CIP)

The Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) is a five-year priority listing of all capital projects, including project financing information consistent with the City’s debt management policies. All projects are reviewed and approved by the Olathe City Council based on the City’s priorities and goals to provide the best environment and support for Olathe’s citizens. Tracking federal American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) Funds

The City of Olathe was awarded American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) funding for a number of projects. Visit the City's ARRA web page to see all the projects that were funded and when those funds were utilized.
