Capital Improvement Plan (CIP)

The Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) is a five-year priority listing of all capital projects, including project financing information consistent with the City’s debt management policies. All projects are reviewed and approved by the Olathe City Council based on the City’s priorities and goals to provide the best environment and support for Olathe’s citizens.
