Olathe Parks and Recreation Foundation to Host Duck Race

The Olathe Parks and Recreation Foundation will host the first Duck Race to raise funds for recreation scholarships.  The race will take place at Black Bob Bay on Sunday, August 25 at 3:00 p.m. Prizes will be awarded for first place (2014 family pool season pass), second place (Chiefs tickets), slowest duck and a consolation duck draw.

Duck adoptions are currently available through the Parks and Recreation office, 971-8563. Packages include:
• Single Duck (1): $5.00 (24333)
• Double Ducky (2): $9.00 (24334)
• Quack Pack (4 + 1 daily pool admission): $25.00 (24335)
• Quacker’s Dozen (10 + 2 daily pool admissions): $60.00 (24336)
• Flock (15 + 4 daily pool admissions): $100.00 (24337)
