A large leak at Frontier Pool has been located and repairs are underway. Staff will soon begin the process to fill, treat, prepare, and clean the pool. An open date is still to be determined. Frontier Pool remains closed as crews work to repair a leak. All first session swim lessons scheduled at Frontier Pool will be moved to Oregon Trail Pool. Those enrolled will be contacted by City staff to discuss enrollment options. »

Find the leader within by joining us at Camp emPOWER, June 6 to 10 (registration code 13100) and June 20 to 24 (registration code 13101). Campers ages 12 to 14 will engage in leadership education along with volunteerism, trips and fun activities. Scheduled activities will be from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., but camp will be open 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Scholarships are available. Register online, call 913-971-8563, or visit the Olathe Community Center. The Olathe Miracle League is accepting volunteer applications for the 2016 spring season, which begins Saturday, April 2. Miracle League volunteers, called buddies, help provide kids of all abilities the opportunity to play baseball in a safe and fun environment. Register to become a buddy. »
